Description:

I initially trained and worked as an early childhood teacher for 20 years, then as an Adlerian counsellor and parent educator and as a Psychophonetics practitioner in private practice for 12 years. Counselling sessions are 1 1/2 hours, with a conversational and an action phase that includes body awareness, gesture/movement, visualisation and sound therapy. Drawing, painting and claywork are also available. All issues are welcome and I practice in an holistic way that respects each person's experience, encouraging the inner strength of body, soul and spirit. I also facilitate personal development groups.
