depressioNet is a not-for-profit organisation that offers a unique e-interactive human service for people impacted by mild to moderate depression, integrating professional and peer support services.

depressioNet seeks to provide professional support in the form of an online counselling, case management and referral service for eligible clients with mild to moderate depression. Services are conducted utilising various electronic media, including the depressioNet website, Discussion Rooms and video conference, as well as podcasts.

The depressioNet Peer Support Service enables individuals the ability to communicate directly with others through the Online Communication Forums and Discussion Rooms. The interactive forums allow for people impacted by depression to share their experiences and find empathic support, understanding, along with encouragement. Trained Peer Support Volunteers provide 24hour peer-based care to ensure depressioNet is a safe and supportive online environment.
